Integrated Community Care:a new opportunity for Primary Care
The EFPC association is happy to announce its 2022 annual conference with a focus on Integrated Community Care. It will take place in Ghent (Belgium), from the 25th till 27th September 2022.
Deze editie van de 'Leuvense Dagen voor Huisartsen' staat in het teken van 'De nieuwe Belg: ook uw patiënt'. In een multi-diverse samenleving vormt de zorg voor de patiënt met een niet-Belgische achtergrond, een boeiende uitdaging. In deze navorming belichten we die uitdaging zowel op medisch als op psychosociaal en organisatorisch vlak.

Menia Koukougianni, co-founder and manager of NGO KARKINAKI, Awareness for Childhood and Adolescent Cancer, an advocacy organization, founded by parents in 2015.
